The Global Journal of Clinical Medicine and Health Sciences (GJCMHS) follows a Quarterly publication schedule, with four issues published annually.
This publication frequency is intended to support the systematic dissemination of scholarly research in clinical medicine, biomedical sciences, public health, and allied health disciplines.
Manuscripts may be submitted throughout the year. All submissions are subject to the journal’s editorial assessment, applicable peer-review procedures, and publication requirements. Acceptance decisions are based on scientific merit, methodological quality, relevance to the journal’s scope, and compliance with research and publication ethics.
The journal aims to maintain a consistent publication schedule while ensuring that editorial and scientific quality standards are upheld throughout the publication process.
Our structured quarterly publishing lifecycle adheres to systematic technical and ethical standards to ensure rapid yet rigorous evaluation of clinical and health science manuscripts:
Preliminary screening for medical scope alignment, ethics compliance (IRB/patient consent), structural formatting, and similarity checks within 3 to 5 business days.
Rigorous evaluation by independent clinical specialists, medical scientists, and peer reviewers completed within 3 to 4 weeks.
Refinement based on reviewer recommendations to strengthen clinical rationale, study methodology, and statistical data reporting.
Technical copyediting, layout proofing, Crossref DOI registration, and PubMed/XML metadata indexing assignment.
