Core Stakeholder Responsibilities

Responsibilities of Authors

Authors are responsible for submitting original research that accurately represents their work and contributes meaningfully to interdisciplinary academic knowledge. Manuscripts must present theoretical models, empirical survey data, research methodologies, and analysis clearly and honestly. Submissions must not be under review elsewhere, and all co-authors must approve the final draft.

Responsibilities of Editors

Editors ensure a fair, transparent, and objective evaluation based strictly on academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, and integrated scholarly contribution, without discrimination based on institutional, political, or geographical background.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers provide objective, constructive, and evidence-based assessments. They treat manuscripts as confidential documents and must disclose any potential conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment.

Institutional Transparency

Financial support, grants, institutional assistance, affiliations, and potential conflicts of interest must be explicitly disclosed in the manuscript prior to peer review.

Research Integrity and Misconduct Protocols

The journal strictly prohibits unethical publication practices to preserve the integrity of multidisciplinary and integrated academic literature:

Plagiarism & Text Duplication Uncredited text duplication, verbatim copying of academic literature without attribution, and self-plagiarism are strictly screened out via similarity detection software.
Data & Result Fabrication Falsification or fabrication of empirical survey data, statistical modeling, qualitative records, or research findings is unacceptable.
Concurrent Submissions Submitting the same manuscript simultaneously to multiple journals is considered a major ethical breach.
Inappropriate Authorship Ghost authorship or guest authorship without substantial intellectual contribution to the research is strictly prohibited.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, professional, personal, or institutional relationships that may influence the research, review process, or editorial decisions. Proper disclosure and active management of conflicts of interest safeguard public trust and preserve objectivity in scholarly communication.

Corrections, Retractions, and Post-Publication Concerns

The International Journal of Integrated Academic Research and Studies is committed to maintaining the accuracy and reliability of the published academic record. If significant errors, ethical concerns, data inaccuracies, or errors are identified post-publication, the journal will act swiftly to publish formal corrections, clarifications, expressions of concern, or retractions depending on COPE guidelines.

Misconduct Investigations: Concerns related to research or publication misconduct are thoroughly investigated by the Editorial Board. Measures include seeking author clarifications, consulting institutional oversight committees, issuing formal corrections, or rejecting/retracting non-compliant manuscripts.

Commitment to Ethical Publishing: The journal promotes responsible research practices, transparent editorial procedures, and ethical academic communication. Through adherence to international principles of publication ethics, the International Journal of Integrated Academic Research and Studies provides a trustworthy publishing environment for researchers worldwide.
